I think you mean there is a solar system in your house and you have a contract with Tesla whereby they buy the output. You need to mention that to your relocation assistance program manager- they have probably dealt with it before. I would consider it an asset of the property and a buyer would more than likely want to assume the contract, but I presume that would be a separate deal to the sale of the house. Check your contract -people buy and sell houses all the time and the contract with Tesla is probably assignable. In theory you could pull the solar panels off the house along with the rest of the system but that would not be the most economical option I would think.
