What is a stake sale clause in a share purchase agreement?
Thats quite uncommon wording in my experience. If I had to make an assumption on what this clause might be, I would say that it is a clause that describes the number and class of shares being sold and possibly the share purchase price. Some clauses in agreements may have 10s of different wording, but essentially mean the same thing - I would definitely suggest you speak with a lawyer though. I hope this helps!
