I have purchased flat on DEC-2020 with Sale agreement in Thane?

The Sale Deed can be executed on Rs.500/- Stamp paper as the relevant Stamp Duty & Registration charges have been paid by you while registering the Sale Agreement. This is how such transactions are closed in Maharashtra. I have executed an AGREEMENT FOR SALE in 2008 & registered the Sale Deed in 2010 on Rs.500/- stamp paper.
