What is the GST rate on Stamp Duty upon purchase of immovable?
GST is applicable only on Property that is under construction. It has been Once construction is complete no GST is applicable on sale of Property. However please note that if the agreement to purchase is entered before construction is complete, GST is applicable on the entire amount.(Even if Payment is made after completion)
